Filtering your cases

The more you use the system the more information you’ll be saving, this is why we have implemented the Filter Cases sidebar, and with these few steps, we’ll get you using it to improve efficiency.

All of these steps will be starting from the Dashboard.

  1. Go to Cases via the main navigation on the left
  2. Here you can now use the Filter Cases sidebar on the right
  3. Here you can search through all of your cases and narrow it down
  4. You can search via Keywords, Client name, Agent name, status and many more
  5. After narrowing your search down, click the blue Search Cases at the bottom right to see your result.

Now your search has been narrowed you can easily find the correct case, and continue with your workflow.
