Enable client login

Having a client login is a great way for the client to be updated on the case, even when you’re out of the office. If you haven’t yet got any Clients set up, why not follow our Creating a New Client tutorial.

You can follow these steps to get the Client login set up easily.

All of these steps will be starting from the Dashboard.

  1. Go to Clients via the main navigation on the left
  2. Click the Client who needs a login
  3. This will bring you to the Clients page
  4. On the far right of the page, you will see ‘People’ which you can click
  5. After clicking people you’ll be brought to a ‘People Within Client Name’ Page
  6. Click the blue button at the top to then create the person who would have a client login
  7. Fill out the required fields and click the bottom blue button, Add Person

Now you have created a Person, they will get an email inviting them to the system and will be able to set up their account after logging in.
