Changing your Case Status is a great way of keeping track of your cases. It takes just a few moments to change the status of a case, which you can follow below.
All of these steps will be starting from the Dashboard.
- Go to Cases via the main navigation on the left
- Click the specified case you want to edit
- On the page that appears you can see the status located near the top
- Located next to the Status is a button called ‘Change’
- Click the Change button and you will be presented a window displaying the Case status
- From the drop-down menu, you can change the status and save it via the ‘Change Status’ button.
Once the case status has been updated you’ll be taken back to the case profile, from here you can continue with your day to day activities or check out even more tutorials.
