Adding custom case statuses

If you have recently Upgraded your Account you now have the option to add more users.

All of these steps will be starting from the Dashboard.

  1. Go to The Cog via the top right menu and click Company Settings
  2. On the right side of the menu, find Case Statuses and click on it
  3. Now you’ll see a page for adding custom statuses
  4. Click the blue Create a New Case Status button to get started
  5. Here you can add the name of the custom status and change if the agents can use it
  6. After clicking Create Case Status at the bottom you will now see the list of available Statuses

Now if you navigate to the cases and change the status, you should be able to see the customer Case Statuses.
