Adding client notes

Adding new client notes within our investigation software is a great way of keeping updated notes on a client. With these few steps, you can have client notes set up within no time.

All of these steps will be starting from the Dashboard.

  1. Go to Clients via the main navigation on the left
  2. Click the Client you want to add a note to
  3. On the Clients profile, if you scroll down you will find a field titled Add a Note
  4. Using the required text box, type out your note
  5. When you’re finished with your note, click the Add Note button located under the text box

Once the Client note has been created you’ll be able to view the notes located at the bottom of the client’s profile, with the user who left the comment, the date, time and the actual note.
